Jon and I woke up this morning and met in the office for our morning "oh my goodness I can't believe I woke up this early" meeting. To our surprise, Stephen was in there standing behind my desk!!!! We were so excited! He's so talented in his own right and he is doing the videography for this video! The mapping of camera angles began!!!!
Right now they are both downstairs doing the battle of the songs while reheating my homemade chicken soup to eat for breakfast! Hilarious!
Today Jon has a huge photo shoot with Natalie Green, a friend and wonderful photographer! She has generously volunteered her time and energy to help Jon with this project. Not only is she doing the shoot but she is in the video as well! So excited to have her on this journey with us! So the shoot is from 1-3 this afternoon and then Natalie said she could stay and shoot some of the scenes behind the dance today.
Aaron Aparicio is the Choreographer and has been equally a generous with his time and talents! He has spent endless hours working on this project and is also going to school full time! He was here yesterday working with Jon and will be here again this afternoon for yet another dance rehearsal!
I, of course, will be doing all the behind the scenes paperwork, verifications on rental equipment, catering, credits, etc. making changes to itinerary (additions) and setting EVERYTHING about this video in stone!
