We got started late leaving Ashland and arrived at our destination a whole hour and a half early! Jon has a GREAT chauffeur and she doesn't mind going slightly faster than the speed limit. . . okay WAY faster. Any hoooooooo! Jon did not sleep well last night - my nightmare and 'loud breathing' kept him awake. . .oops. I guess he passed his time talking to Kaylee Caffeinated Loop through text in the wee hours of the morning. Thank goodness she was amped so he wasn't alone!!!! LOL!!!
The trip was a stop and go kind of thing but that is okay! We travel how we travel without pressure or being uptight. . . unless someone is going SLOWER THAN. . . ummmmm, excuse my rant. . . I'm breathing. I snapped a picture of Jonathan sweetly sleeping, for. . . a few hours. . . as I serpentined in and around cars that just happened to be going slower than I knew Jon wanted them to be. I am certain he would have said something had he been awake! I was happy to oblige without being asked. . . tee hee.
Jonathan took some great and not so great pictures and video blogged a bunch of crazy stuff, which he will post. I promise I will post mine when we get to the Hotel tomorrow.
Together we made an executive decision to change hotels from Venice Beach to Sherman Oaks. We mutually decided that the pictures on the live camera feed were not the same as what the pictures on their website showed soooooooooo. . . we be at a much better place for the same price and we are closer to Gordon and Michelle. YAY!!!!
People have been telling us all day that their CDs had arrived! That is so cool!!! You received them so quickly which makes us happy!
Now it is time to relax and enjoy the evening! Warms surrounding hugs to all of you!!!
